Gamestop Stock market Phenomenon Subject Matter Expert Available for Interview

LOS ANGELES — Writer, filmmaker, and GameStop stock subject matter expert Rob Smat will be available for interview leading up to and during the release of his debut book, POWER TO THE PLAYERS: THE GAMESTOP PHENOMENON, AND WHY IT’S ONLY GETTING STARTED. The topic will also be heavily featured in September 2023’s feature film, DUMB MONEY, directed by Craig Gillespie and produced by Sony Pictures, based on the book THE ANTI-SOCIAL NETWORK by writer Ben Mezrich. Smat aims to separate truth from fiction in his GameStop account, rather than trivialize the phenomenon as a one-off as it has been portrayed in existing media.
